Responsibilities
Meet with motivated buyers and home sellers
Conduct consultations and guide clients through transactions
Convert opportunities into signed agreements
Maintain follow-up using our CRM systems
Deliver a high-level client experience that drives referrals
Participate in weekly coaching and business planning

Qualifications
Hold an
active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
