We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, formatting documents, and converting files. Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Document Formatting: Format documents extensively using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency and professionalism. Convert files from one format to another using Adobe, ensuring seamless integration with our systems. Assist in the development of proposals for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including formatting, editing, and proofreading. Familiarity with Adobe, including file conversion and formatting. Attention to Detail: High levels of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and multitasking. Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in data entry, including formatting, editing, and proofreading. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in data entry and document formatting. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Office Specialist or Adobe Certified Expert. Work Environment Additional Information
