We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition efforts in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will function as an embedded talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver qualified candidates. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities while collaborating with global sourcing teams to build strong pipelines. Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions and define role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing alignment, screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation Operate within the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate workflows and ensure accurate documentation Review and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience Disposition candidates appropriately and maintain compliance with recruiting processes and standards Collaborate with offshore sourcing teams to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights Support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple job functions, including construction, engineering, legal, and finance Requirements
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within an agency background Background in agency recruiting with the ability to adapt to a structured corporate model Hands‑on experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead intake discussions with hiring managers Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple job categories Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong communication and candidate engagement skills Ability to collaborate effectively with global or offshore sourcing teams Why Join PTR Global?
