Corporate Tax Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5+ years of corporate tax experience
Strong knowledge of ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) and tax compliance
Experience preparing and reviewing federal consolidated and state income tax returns
Proven ability to supervise, review, and guide tax staff
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
CPA and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax
Experience with OneSource Tax Provision software
Experience with SAP
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review book-to-tax differences for inclusion in the federal consolidated income tax return
Maintain and review income tax accounting workpapers by legal entity
Prepare and review Schedule M adjustments and taxable income calculations
Review separate and unitary state income tax returns and supporting calculations
Assist with income tax provision preparation, including foreign tax components
Conduct tax research and analysis, clearly communicating findings to stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to interpret and explain tax laws and impacts
Support leadership with additional tax-related projects and initiatives
