What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service

Schedule appointments and assist customers with questions about services

Become knowledgeable about our products and services to confidently assist customers

Maintain and manage ESA (membership) programs

Perform “happy calls” and follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Accurately take and relay messages

Escalate customer concerns to management when needed

Represent and promote the Nytech brand in every interaction

Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
