Role Description This is a full-time role for an Architectural Designer. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, collaborating on urban planning efforts, and ensuring projects meet design and regulatory standards. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and related concepts
Skilled in creating and managing Construction Drawings and detailed documentation
Competence in Drawing and designing functional layouts
Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and strategies
Proficiency in design software such as Revit and Lumion
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Commitment to design excellence and attention to detail
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus
