Regional Property Manager

The Regional Operations Manager will direct a portfolio of properties across lower Michigan and is accountable for the overall functions of each property in all areas of operations including office administration, financial, safety, team member engagement, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Qualifications:
Regional property management or operations experience Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 2+ years of related experience Strong customer service and communication skills (written & verbal) Proven leadership with a team-oriented approach Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager, Rent Café preferred) Ability to pass pre-employment screening
