Job Overview We are seeking a
D365 CE Customer and Sales Consultant
to join our team and deliver high-impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions focused on Customer Service and Sales. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional expertise in D365 CE who enjoys engaging with clients, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and mentoring junior consultants.
This role is not offering sponsorship at this time and is not taking on C2C contracts.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Field Service processes.
Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to client needs in Customer Service and Sales modules.
Provide guidance on leveraging the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate, to optimize business processes.
Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and client demonstrations.
Mentor and support junior consultants and team members on Dynamics 365 best practices.
Review client implementations to ensure alignment with organizational and Microsoft standards.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Document functional designs, process flows, and solution architecture for client projects.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
CPQ experience is a must.
Strong understanding of D365 CE capabilities and the Power Platform.
Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations for clients.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading workshops, solution design sessions, and mentoring junior team members.
