Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising

Our work includes real estate development, property and asset management as well as capital raising. Role Description Lead the development and execution of Woodborns capital strategy, including equity fundraising, investor relationships, and capital structuring. This role is responsible for building and managing long term relationships with family offices and high net worth investors, while raising capital to support a growing development platform. The ideal candidate is a proven capital raiser who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by helping build a scalable investment platform. Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000 annually, plus performance based bonus opportunities. Qualifications 510+ years of experience in real estate capital markets, investor relations, or private equity Demonstrated experience raising equity capital for real estate investments Existing relationships with family offices, high-net-worth investors, or capital partners strongly preferred Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, including preferred returns, waterfalls, and joint ventures Ability to independently originate, manage, and close investor relationships
