Position Responsibilities
Build partnerships with independent primary care practices and FQHCs
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective physician partners
Lead consultative discussions on value-based care participation
Structure and close provider participation agreements
Guide practices through onboarding and early-stage partnership development
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure provider success
Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications
8+ years in healthcare sales, provider partnerships, or business development
Proven experience working with primary care physicians or provider groups
Experience with value-based care, ACOs, or Medicare programs
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Compensation $170k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
