Reports To: Vice President, Corporate Development Date:April 1, 2026 Salary Range: $76,000 - $114,000 per year POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Corporate Relations supports organizational revenue growth through the development, coordination, and execution of sponsorship, exhibit, and corporate partnership initiatives across association meetings. This role combines relationship management, revenue generation, event execution, and operational coordination responsibilities to ensure successful delivery of revenue programs aligned with organizational goals. Working collaboratively with Corporate Development, Meetings, Marketing, and external stakeholders, the Manager cultivates relationships with corporate members and sponsors, supports sales strategy execution, and ensures high-quality supporter experiences across live and virtual events. The role contributes to revenue sustainability by identifying new partnership opportunities and supporting long-term sponsor engagement strategies. This position serves as a working manager responsible for executing corporate development initiatives, managing assigned sponsor portfolios, and supporting organizational revenue objectives. The Manager contributes to departmental planning and revenue strategy by identifying growth opportunities and supporting long-term corporate development initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities listed below represent the primary functions of the role and include, but are not limited to, the following. Sponsorship & Revenue Development

Generate revenue through sponsorships, exhibits, advertising, and corporate partnership opportunities. Contribute to execution of sales strategies for organizational and client meetings. Identify prospective sponsors through market research and industry analysis. Maintain ongoing relationships with current and prospective corporate partners. Prepare outreach materials, proposals, and follow‑up communications. Meeting & Exhibit Management

Support planning and execution of exhibit halls for flagship and regional meetings. Coordinate exhibitor logistics, booth placement, and sponsor deliverables. Collaborate with meetings teams and exhibit vendors to optimize exhibit hall design and sponsor experience. Manage on‑site sponsor relations, ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution. Conduct post‑event evaluations and follow‑up with sponsors. Corporate Membership & Account Management

Lead corporate membership renewals and new partnership requests. Maintain accurate records and client portal updates. Provide ongoing relationship stewardship and timely follow‑up communications. Assist with corporate member council coordination and stakeholder engagement. Revenue Operations & Reporting

Collaborate with Finance teams to on invoicing and accounts receivables. Support billing coordination and follow‑up activities. Conduct research and prepare reports identifying new revenue targets and opportunities. Track performance, achieve financial targets, and contribute to revenue reporting processes. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment between sponsorship activities and organizational initiatives. Share market insights and sponsor feedback to inform strategy development Travel requirement:approximately 25–30% travel, including overnight travel for meetings and events. Ability to analyze market opportunities and sponsorship trends. Strong research and reporting capabilities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field required. Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate relations, fundraising, or association revenue development. Experience working within associations or healthcare organizations preferred. Preferred:

Experience supporting conference sponsorship or exhibit sales. Familiarity with association governance structures and advisory councils. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Remote work environment requiring sustained computer use and virtual collaboration. Travel required as outlined above. COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
