Role Description
This is a full-time Junior Interior Designer role based on-site in Fairfax, VA. The Junior Interior Designer will assist with space planning, interior design projects, drafting construction drawings, and procuring fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E). Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the design team, preparing detailed plans and presentations, sourcing materials, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure project success. Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and knowledge of functional layouts Understanding of Architecture and experience with Construction Drawings Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E selection Proficient in design software such as Revit and Canva Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Prior experience or internship in a design studio is a plus Familiarity with high-end residential or boutique commercial projects is advantageous
