We are currently seeking a

Residential Real Estate Georgia Title Attorney.

This key Real Estate Counsel position requires an understanding of residential real estate transactions and all aspects of the title review and curative process. The individual must possess a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently. Ideal candidates will be highly intelligent, hard-working, creative, results-driven and confident in their abilities.

What You'll Do Identify, resolve, and cure complex title issues, including liens, judgments, easements, boundary matters, probate issues, and defects

Provide legal oversight of residential closings, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and cash transactions

Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.

Investigate and resolve title escalations.

Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.

Communicate effectively throughout the closing process.

Handle a high volume of transactions with accuracy while delivering top-notch service.

Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal teams regarding Georgia title review policies and procedures.

Prepare preliminary and final title opinion statements.

What You'll Need

JD from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Georgia (required)

Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).

Currently or previously approved by multiple title insurance agencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
