Executive Business Partner
Stagwell Global, New York, NY, United States
About Us
Stagwell is a global marketing and communications network built for the digital-first era. We combine creative, media, and technology capabilities to help brands drive measurable business outcomes. Our network includes leading agencies across digital transformation, performance media, communications, data, and experiential marketing, partnering with many of the world's largest and fastest-growing companies.
Unlike traditional holding companies, Stagwell operates as an integrated operating platform - bringing together strategy, technology, and marketing execution to help clients grow revenue, build brands, and modernize their marketing organizations.
Overview Stagwell is seeking an Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support the Chief Commercial and Marketing Operations Officer and senior Growth leadership team. This role is designed for a high-potential early-career professional (0-2 years experience) interested in learning how a modern marketing and technology services organization operates at the executive level.
This is not a traditional administrative role. The EBP serves as an operational extension of leadership - helping senior executives stay focused on strategic priorities, improving internal coordination, and ensuring key initiatives move forward.
You will gain exposure to partnerships, new business, senior client conversations, and cross-agency leadership across the Stagwell network.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, travel, and meeting logistics across multiple senior leaders
Prioritize and triage incoming requests, ensuring leadership time aligns to top business priorities
Prepare executives for meetings (briefings, attendee context, materials, and action items)
Track follow-ups, commitments, and decisions across leadership conversations
Draft internal communications, summaries, and leadership updates
Coordinate cross-team and cross-agency initiatives and working sessions
Pre-read decks and documents and surface key information or risks
Help run operating cadence (staff meetings, leadership reviews, planning sessions)
Submit, reconcile, and track executive expenses and receipts accurately and on time
Act as a central point of coordination between partnerships, new business, marketing, and operations teams
Qualifications
0-2 years of professional experience (internships welcome)
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong written communication skills
Naturally proactive and comfortable taking initiative
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Curious about business, marketing, and partnerships
Comfortable interacting with senior leaders
High discretion and professionalism
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience in marketing, consulting, media, or technology environments
Familiarity with Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and calendar management
Interest in operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff career path
Compensation In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous PTO plan, 401k program, comprehensive family planning benefits (including paid parental leave), tuition reimbursement, and pre-tax commuter benefits. Benefits/perks may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Stagwell and the location where you work.
