Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes for process optimization
Collaborate with data science, technology, and operations teams to create production‑ready AI solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in process management, change management, or field leadership in P&C or Group Benefits
Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering and generative AI tools
Proven ability to design and deploy AI‑driven solutions in a business context
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization
Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI‑enabled solutions
Proficiency in data analysis and hypothesis testing
Self‑starter with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
