We're looking for friendly, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to join us as Retail Brand Ambassadors inside Costco locations throughout the Austin area.

This application is open for candidates that reside in the South/Central Austin & Kyle area.

Must be willing to work at all Costco's in Austin AND surrounding areas.

Compensation, Schedule & Location: Compensation:

$15/hr + bonus range $100 - $250+ per pay period (semi-monthly).

Schedule:

Wednesday-Sunday* (Mondays & Tuesdays off)

Shift:

Possible start time is 8:30 AM with a standard 8-hour shift, plus occasional 2 hours of overtime.

Location:

Stationed at the "home" store on Wed., but the other locations may differ Thu. - Sun. depending on where the Roadshows occur. The other Costco stores are: Great Hills, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, William Cannon, and Kyle.

What You'll Make an Impact: As an ABC Brand Ambassador (In-Store Lead Generator), your primary goal is to connect with customers and set appointments for in-home consultations at our warehouse partner locations. These consultations are for the custom installation or replacement of water heaters, water treatment systems, and HVAC systems.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy meeting new people, building rapport quickly, and creating positive experiences for every customer. You'll be friendly, energetic, and approachable, with the ability to engage respectfully and persuasively with all types of people.

Requirements What You’ll Bring:

A naturally friendly and outgoing personality, with enjoyment in meeting new people and starting conversations

Strong teamwork skills, collaborating with colleagues and supporting others during fast-paced in-store events

Ability to adapt quickly to changing locations, schedules, or customer interactions while maintaining a professional attitude

Self-motivation and energy, bringing enthusiasm to every customer interaction and task

Clear and respectful communication skills, able to engage and inform customers in a persuasive yet approachable way

Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.

Strong organizational skills.

Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.

Ability to stay focused in an environment that may be prone to continuous distractions and interruptions.

Ability to work weekends with minimal supervision required -

Schedule:

Wed. - Sun.* with Mon. & Tue. off.

Reliable transportation for travel to six Costco's (Georgetown, Great Hills, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, William Cannon and Kyle).

What You’ll Do:

Connect with Costco members in a warm, approachable, and genuine way

Start conversations and build quick rapport in a busy retail setting

Share information about ABC's home services (HVAC, water heaters, water treatment)

Represent and/or market the brands (and products/services) of the warehouse company (e.g., Costco), the manufacturing company (e.g., Lennox or EcoWater) and the service company (ABC Home & Commercial) in a highly positive, professional and courteous manner.

Always ensuring a positive impression of all companies and in all circumstances (even if the only exchange is a friendly "smile").

Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of product lines and services.

Documenting and/or updating customer records and interactions as required.

Schedule free in-home consultations with warehouse club members for in-home consultation with ABC sales specialists.

Travel to six Costco's (Georgetown, Great Hills, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, William Cannon and Kyle).

Work alongside a supportive team while representing trusted brands
