Data Management & Governance
Facilitate the collection, validation, QA/QC and master data for EHS targets (e.g. energy, waste, water, safety rates, etc.)
Data audits and follow-up
Develop/enhance standards and processes to manage data
Maintain data and source mapping for integrated sustainability data
Act as primary liaison for site EHS teams on sustainability data issues and improvement initiatives
Systems Implementation & Support
Maintain Gensuite Sustainability Reporter, complete integrations, and manage version/change control.
Provide system user support; develop/deliver user training and onboarding.
Rollout and maintain Gensuite Sustainability Projects, support site-level troubleshooting
Build and maintain reports to improve visibility to EHS performance; utilize Power BI dashboards with automated refresh and role-based views, assisting users with dashboard creation and insights.
Produce sustainability KPI calculations, ad-hoc analytics, and dashboards to support decision-making and identify high‑impact opportunities.
Develop data-driven engagement tools and executive‑ready summaries that translate sustainability performance into business‑focused insights for site leadership and corporate stakeholders.
Ensure dashboard source data is traceable and auditable.
Reporting Support
Lead collection and prep of energy, waste, and water data for external Sustainability reporting
Provide source‑traceable datasets and extracts for regulatory and/or 3rd party reports (e.g. CSRD, CSR, EcoVadis, California, etc.)
Track evolving reporting requirements and assist in gap analyses for regulatory framework
Support the generation of reports for external Sustainability data and to improve visibility of EHS
Maintain sustainability benchmarking against peers and industry standards, and maintain internal knowledge repository
Improvements
Identify opportunities to enhance processes used to collect, manage and validate sustainability data
Analyze data to help identify improvement opportunities/focus areas related to energy, waste & water
Support development of metrics, KPIs, and performance to better quantify environmental impacts
Help drive enhanced accountability and development of multi‑year objectives.
Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience in the environmental or sustainability field preferred
Basic understanding of greenhouse gas accounting and Scope 1/2/3 concepts or willingness to get trained in emissions accounting.
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation using applications such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel
Experience with data management, discrepancy resolution and dashboards/reports. Ability to compile, analyze and interpret data to drive improvement and identify good practices.
Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Ability to demonstrate agility and adaptability to support global facilities and manage change in priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability/willingness to deliver training to groups.
Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andSharePoint.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Health, Safety, Engineering, Data Management, Environmental Sciences, Analytics or equivalent with field experience of 4+ years of experience
