We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Associate with banking experience to join our team. This role supports the accurate reporting, analysis, and control of financial and performance metrics used by senior management and business stakeholders. The Associate will assist in the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks, perform data validation, and variance analysis, and contribute to the integrity of financial and management information. The ideal Associate will have a foundational understanding of banking products and operations, strong analytical skills, and an interest in financial controls, reporting, and data governance within a regulated financial environment.

What You'll Do Support the preparation, validation, and analysis of performance metrics, management reports, and dashboards used for financial and business decision‑making.

Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes, including data reconciliation, variance analysis, and investigation of data anomalies.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to:

Define and refine Key Performance Indicators/Key Risk Indicators

Understand data sources and business logic

Ensure alignment with reporting standards and business objectives

Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other Power BI platforms

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Document assumptions, methodologies, and control procedures to support transparency and auditability

Provide actionable insights to senior management through clear and concise reporting. Support ad‑hoc analysis, issue remediation, and special projects as needed.

Skills You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field

Proficient experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to analytics or reporting

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic macros, formulas) and Tableau (dashboard creation, data visualization)

Familiarity with Structured Query Language or data querying tools is a plus

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable manner

Skills That Will Help You Excel

Experience with other Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI, Qlik)

Awareness of regulatory reporting requirements in banking

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Demonstrated interest in developing a career within Finance or Product Control

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $63,500 to $85,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
