About The Role Lenovo’s Global Social Media team is looking for a Brand Engagement Intern to help us show up where it matters most—directly in conversation with our fans.

This role is all about real‑time engagement. You’ll work in the comments as @Lenovo, building relationships with our audience, supporting major global moments like the FIFA World Cup 2026™, and helping us create meaningful interactions across social platforms.

If you live on social media, understand internet culture, and know how brands should (and shouldn’t) show up online—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Engage with fans, customers, and creators across Lenovo’s global social media channels as @Lenovo

Monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and messages using our social media management platform (Sprinklr)

Support real‑time engagement during key campaigns and cultural moments

Play an active role in Lenovo’s FIFA World Cup 2026™ social presence by engaging with fans across related content

Help identify opportunities for “surprise delight” moments with our audience

Assist in executing fan engagement initiatives, including packaging and shipping branded kits

Support outreach and engagement with influencers and creators across platforms

Collaborate with the Global Social Media team to ensure brand voice is consistent, relevant, and culturally in‑tune

Lenovo works on a 3:2 hybrid schedule, 3 days in office and 2 flex. Our office is located at 8001 Development Drive, Morrisville NC. This role is open from Start: May 18 or June 1st through End: July 24th

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, entering Junior or Senior year

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and internet culture

Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts (brand or personal)Comfortable engaging as a brand voice in public‑facing environments

Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, detail, and brand voice

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Interest in sports, entertainment, or global cultural moments is a plus

Preferred Skills

Experience engaging with influencers or creator communities

Experience supporting branded campaigns or activations

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr)

Experience creating branded packages or merch kits

Hands‑on experience with tools like Cricut for custom stickers or creative assets
