POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Designer will develop engaging visual concepts across print and digital channels, supporting both internal and client-facing initiatives. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to bring strategic ideas to life from concept through final production.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create on-brand designs across print and digital channels, including marketing materials and web assets
Translate strategic concepts into compelling visual solutions from ideation through production
Collaborate with writers, strategists, developers, and project managers to execute creative projects
Ensure design quality, consistency, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards
Review final deliverables for accuracy and maintain design integrity across all outputs
Contribute to evolving design systems, templates, and shared creative assets
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience. Additional details regarding benefits and eligibility will be shared during the interview process.
