This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and optimize internal operations for a fast‑growing, global SaaS organization. You will oversee internal systems, IT infrastructure, compliance, and business processes, driving efficiency and scalability across international teams. As a key strategic partner to leadership, you will identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making. This position combines team leadership, hands‑on problem solving, and cross‑functional collaboration, allowing you to directly impact productivity and organizational growth. You will work in a dynamic, remote‑friendly environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

Lead internal operations and the office IT team, ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, device lifecycle management, access provisioning, and onboarding processes.

Manage internal systems and SaaS tools, overseeing vendors, licenses, renewals, and operational IT spend optimization.

Drive compliance and governance initiatives, including SOC2 readiness, GDPR processes, policy enforcement, and support for audits.

Support process innovation by structuring company knowledge and data, improving workflows, and piloting efficiency solutions.

Promote operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks, implementing scalable processes, improving collaboration, and providing leadership with actionable insights on efficiency and system usage.

Collaborate across Finance, Legal, HR, and commercial teams to ensure operational alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in business administration, information systems, operations management, or a related field.

6–10 years of professional experience in business operations, internal systems, IT operations, consulting, or audit, ideally within technology or SaaS companies.

Proven experience managing teams, internal systems, and SaaS tools in a global organization.

Hands‑on expertise in process optimization, AI tools, or automation initiatives is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of governance, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.

Structured, analytical, and proactive problem‑solving approach.

Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
