This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will operate as the right hand to the CEO, managing priorities and key communications. Your ability to navigate complex interactions and follow-through on tasks will be instrumental in driving the company’s executive operations forward. You will not only assist in strategic planning but also ensure that action items are completed efficiently. With a high degree of visibility and trust, you will create a supportive environment that enhances the effectiveness of the CEO and the broader leadership team.
Accountabilities
Serve as a trusted extension of the CEO, managing email correspondence on her behalf.
Protect and manage the CEO's calendar with keen judgment and coordination for events.
Prepare the CEO for meetings with necessary briefings and talking points.
Own follow-ups on goals and priorities with the executive team diplomatically.
Drive weekly syncs and maintain check-ins across functions, ensuring accountability.
Track progress against company and CEO-level goals, identifying potential issues early.
Develop presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Improve operational efficiency within the CEO's office by implementing supportive systems.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in a similar high-accountability role, preferably in startup environments.
Ability to hold senior leaders accountable without relying solely on authority.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to quickly adapt your voice for executive communication.
Experience in crafting polished presentations for executive-level audiences.
High judgment and discretion in managing sensitive information.
Capability to build lightweight systems to ensure accountability and tracking.
