We’re building a future where preventive health support is accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy few. If you’re excited by meaningful impact, massive upside, and AI that genuinely helps people live better lives, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and creative production end-to-end. You'll run our paid channels (primarily Meta), build and manage the creative pipeline, and use data to continuously optimize performance across the full funnel.
This is a hands-on IC role with high ownership. You'll be deep in ad accounts, writing creative briefs, managing freelance editors and creators, analyzing conversion data, and shipping experiments—all while leveraging AI tools to move faster than a team twice your size. You'll report directly to the Head of Growth.
We're not looking for someone who needs to be told what to test next. We want someone with proven paid social chops who can come in and execute from day one.
Responsibilities Own paid acquisition channels:
Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, bidding strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing.
Hit CPA and volume targets while identifying opportunities to scale spend efficiently.
Set up and QA conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Stay on top of other paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and recommend expansion opportunities when appropriate.
Lead creative production:
Develop creative strategy and produce high-performing ad concepts across formats (UGC, static, video, voiceover/B-roll).
Write creative briefs, manage freelance editors/designers/creators and interns, and maintain a consistent pipeline of new assets.
Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework—know what's working, why, and what to try next.
Optimize the funnel:
Own the connection between ads and landing pages—build message-match experiences that convert.
Analyze funnel data from click to conversion (and beyond) to find drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
Partner with product and engineering to improve conversion architecture where needed.
Analyze and report on performance:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that tie spend to outcomes.
Use SQL (or AI-assisted querying) to dig into conversion, retention, and cohort data.
Translate data into clear recommendations and prioritized next steps.
Leverage AI across the workflow:
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, video generation tools, etc.) to accelerate ideation, copywriting, creative production, data analysis, and reporting.
Continuously experiment with new AI capabilities to improve output quality and speed.
What We're Looking For
Paid social experience:
2–4 years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with meaningful budget responsibility (five- to six-figure monthly spend). You've scaled campaigns profitably and can manage a budget without hand-holding.
Good taste and creative instincts:
You can look at an ad and tell whether it's good. You have opinions about copy, visuals, and messaging—and you can articulate why something works or doesn't.
Creative production experience:
You've built ad creative or managed creative pipelines—writing briefs, giving feedback to freelancers, and shipping assets on a deadline.
Coachable and curious:
You actively seek feedback, learn quickly, and are always looking for a better way to do things. You bring strong opinions but hold them loosely.
Data fluency:
Comfortable working in spreadsheets and dashboards. Bonus if you can write SQL, but what matters is that you think analytically and let data drive decisions.
AI-native workflow:
You already use AI tools daily in your work and are constantly exploring new ones. This isn't aspirational—it's how you operate.
Startup mindset:
You're an owner—comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy testing, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats.
Mission-driven energy:
You care about health, wellness, and making preventative care accessible.
In-person:
Excited to work from our New York office.
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid channels beyond Meta.
Experience in health, wellness, or insurance-adjacent industries.
Familiarity with landing page builders (Framer, Unbounce, etc.).
Experience with programmatic or automated creative production workflows.
Background in DTC, health tech, or marketplace businesses.
Compensation
Location:
New York, NY (in-person)
If you’ve made it this far, the best applicants will research Kickoff (trainwithkickoff.com) and send 2-3 new ad creative ideas to bgrant@trainwithkickoff.com
