Position Overview
Archwest Capital is seeking a highly motivated
Capital Markets Intern
to support the Capital Markets team in our New York office. This role offers exposure to institutional capital relationships, loan portfolio analytics, and structured finance transactions. The intern will assist with analysis, reporting, and research related to funding strategies and capital markets activity. Responsibilities Assist with capital markets analysis and reporting Support portfolio analytics and performance tracking Conduct market research on financing trends and institutional capital sources Help prepare materials for lenders, investors, and capital partners Assist in evaluating funding structures and capital strategies Support transaction execution and internal reporting processes Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field Strong interest in capital markets, real estate finance, or investment banking Strong analytical and research skills Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis Excellent attention to detail and communication skills What You’ll Gain Exposure to institutional capital markets and real estate finance Hands-on experience with capital structuring and portfolio analysis Opportunity to work closely with senior finance and capital markets professionals Insight into how real estate lending platforms raise and deploy capital ________________________________________
