Position Overview This position will work with the Discover Site Director to successfully prepare and execute T Bar M's traveling summer camp, leading a group of summer college‑aged staff on the road to various cities around Texas to provide a T Bar M camp experience in partnership with local churches and other non‑profits.

Key Duties

1. Give leadership to Discover Camp summer staff and campers alongside the Discover Site Director

Summer staff responsibilities:

Assist in hiring and equipping leadership team

Hire, train, lead, evaluate, and disciple the women summer staff

Assist in planning and coordinating summer staff Bible Study Program

Actively participate in Discover women staff follow up communications (email, phone, campus visits, etc.)

Actively participate on Recruiting Trail for college staff

Camper responsibilities:

Assist in the recruiting efforts of campers / Churches

Problem solve/interface with leadership/coaches on a daily basis

Engage with and interlace with entire camp to ensure programs effectively delivered (especially girl campers and parents)

Lead in handling, communicating, and reporting all girl camper abuse/cry outs

Actively participate in camper follow up communications (email, special events, etc.)

Lead in oversight and assessment of weekly staff/camper evaluations and decision cards

2. Give leadership to Summer Programs

Assist in planning and coordinating programming with the Discover Site Director

Lead the planning/production of team meetings, activities, theme days and gospel presentation

Set, co‑manage and adjust daily schedule with Leadership team

Coordinate and delegate summer responsibilities and programs to Leadership team

Assist in planning/coordinating of staff outings, discipleship experiences, road travel for site team

Assist in logistics/interaction with parents on Opening and Closing Day.

Lead in development, hiring, training, and coordinating of the Camp Nurse Program

3. Assist in maintaining Host Location Partnerships and Key Relationships

Assist in research, contact and follow up with host locations and appropriate leadership

Assist in equipping host locations with materials (i.e. host home criteria, nurse requirements, meal provision, camper recruitment flyers, artwork, etc.) in timely, organized fashion

Actively participate in seasonal church visits

4. Maintain an active role in additional T Bar M Camps activities (including but not limited to):

Assist and/or support sponsored retreats (i.e. Retreat, Family Camps, Leadership Retreats)

Participate in all TBMC Director planning and training sessions

5. Support Key Outcomes

Education/Experiences

Bachelor's degree required

Two years of work experience beyond college preferred

Compensation Compensation for this role will be competitive with the market for similar roles and responsibilities. T Bar M has a competitive insurance and benefits package that accompanies this position.
