End-To-End Marketing Project Manager IV - Brand Strategy
Kaiser Permanente's National Marketing team is activating a refreshed brand across audiences, markets, and channels. The Project Manager IV supports the Brand Marketing team, manages end-to-end brand transformation projects from discovery through launch, coordinating cross-functional teams across KP and our agency partners. This role supports alignment to business objectives, applies agreed governance frameworks, and manages detailed timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful execution. Helps drive internal rollout and change-management activities so the new brand is consistently adopted across lines of business and channels and supports performance tracking through defined success metrics and reporting, escalating insights and issues to program and Brand leadership as needed. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior individual contributor position is responsible for leading or assisting in the management of operational aspects of creative and/or marketing for a variety KP products, projects, and initiatives; coordinating multi-channel and multi-platform strategic marketing campaigns; ensuring that the job intake, scheduling, assignment, and quality control procedures, along with the work provided by support vendors, produce the high-quality deliverables required for overall project success; monitoring and tracking project budgets, invoices, scoping, scheduling, and prioritization; overseeing job trafficking, reporting, supply ordering, vendor relations and billing, job archiving, equipment and maintenance, and legal and compliance review; administering project management software; and ensuring that required department records are kept up to date and available for internal/external audit or oversight review. This role is also responsible for providing end-to-end logistical support to marketing, creative, and production teams; establishing and upholding service level agreements between creative teams and other internal departments, including stakeholder management, production schedules, and project related vendor deliverables; managing all creative and editorial services production activities, including reviewing creative briefs, assigning jobs, prioritizing work, securing approvals, and expediting crisis jobs; assisting in the technical preparation of vendor files, finalization of job specifications, blue line and other proofing reviews, and distribution for approvals; providing innovative production solutions for ensuring products are on time and on budget; and contributing to internal department initiatives, including updating and creating processes, documentation, tools, etc. Essential Responsibilities: Promotes learning in others by proactively providing and/or developing information, resources, advice, and expertise with coworkers and members; builds relationships with cross-functional/external stakeholders and customers.
