
Salesforce Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires hands‑on Salesforce expertise from architecture through dashboarding, along with strong experience integrating collaboration tools, AI‑driven insights, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals
Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce best practices, architecture, data models, and platform capabilities
Build and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics to support executive and operational decision-making
Work closely with stakeholders to translate product roadmaps and business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Integrate Salesforce with collaboration and productivity tools including Slack and Google Workspace (G?Suite)
Support AI-enabled use cases leveraging tools such as Gemini to enhance insights, automation, and productivity
Partner with data and engineering teams to support data pipelines, transformations, and analytics use cases
Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across Salesforce reporting and analytics layers
Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for Salesforce users and administrators
Required Qualifications
Strong Salesforce expertise across the full lifecycle, including solution architecture, configuration, reporting, and dashboarding
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data analytics
Experience working with or integrating:
Slack
Product roadmaps and product management workflows
AI tools such as Gemini
Google Workspace (G?Suite)
Solid understanding of data analytics and/or data engineering concepts
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
