IT Applications Director Finance, HR, and Corporate Systems
The IT Applications Director for Finance, HR, and Corporate Systems will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise applications supporting finance, human resources, and other corporate functions. This role ensures that technology solutions align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and support compliance and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Application Management Team Leadership Governance and Compliance Budget and Vendor Management Performance Monitoring and Reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT application management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing enterprise Finance and HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, HR, and corporate functions. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with cloud-based applications and SaaS solutions preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting Finance and HR systems (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
