We're hiring a Junior Associate to help drive organic social and creative content for our campaigns and clients. What You’ll Do
Draft and schedule content for Twitter/X and other social platforms
Assist in designing graphics and digital content for social media
Track organic performance and surface insights to improve engagement
Support content planning, approvals, and rapid response
Help manage client communications related to organic social programs
Jump in on creative and copy needs across email, SMS, and ads as needed
Who You Are
Social media-savvy and creatively minded
Politically engaged with a sense of the digital landscape on the right
Detail-oriented and fast-moving – you get things done without sacrificing quality
A collaborative teammate who thrives under tight deadlines
Willing to take ownership, ask smart questions, and grow quickly
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in digital politics, social media, creative, or comms (internships and campaign cycles count)
Writing and design samples that show your voice and eye
Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite
Bonus if you’ve worked in political, campaign, or PAC settings
