Contract to Hire Opportunity
40 hour week
Location: Can be based in New York or South Florida
Responsibilities
Own the editing and production of high-quality short‑form video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid media channels
Transform raw footage (iPhone and professionally shot) into compelling, polished, and on‑brand content
Identify and extract high‑impact hooks, soundbites, and storytelling moments that capture attention within the first 3–5 seconds
Optimize and adapt content for multiple platforms, ensuring proper sizing, pacing, and formatting
Deliver high‑volume output, including multiple edits per week and, at times, multiple edits per day
Execute quick‑turnaround edits tied to live classes, weekend content, and real‑time brand moments
Collaborate closely with marketing, social, and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Enhance content through strong pacing, audio, motion, and storytelling—not just basic cutting/splicing
Manage priorities independently while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail
Flexible and responsive, with availability to support off‑hours or weekend edits as needed
