Executive Assistant to C‑Suite | Biotech (Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a high‑growth, investment‑backed biotechnology company developing treatments for rare diseases to hire a top‑tier Executive Assistant supporting two C‑suite leaders.
This is not a traditional EA role – it’s an opportunity to operate as a strategic partner and help drive priorities at the highest level of the organization.
Location:
Midtown East (near Grand Central), NYC
Hybrid:
3 days in office (Tues–Thurs)
Hours:
~8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility required)
Compensation
$140K–$160K base range, with flexibility for more strategic/operational experience
Bonus + equity + top-tier benefits + Summer Fridays
Responsibilities
Own complex calendaring and align executive time with business priorities
Prepare executives for meetings with clear, actionable materials
Coordinate travel and build detailed itineraries
Create and refine
high-level presentations and slide decks
Track key initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items
Act as a true
thought partner , anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
Partner across teams and with other EAs to keep operations running seamlessly
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years supporting senior executives
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience required
Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
