Job Details Pay or shift range: $29.69 USD to $35.26 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job–related reasons.

Job Summary Assists in coordination of bank‑wide marketing activities in advertising, promotion, sales, research and community involvement, thereby helping drive business growth, brand equity, customer retention and acquisition while ensuring financial regulation compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support as part of the corporate marketing team.
Coordinate and enforce branding guidelines and standards across departments and business lines.
Understand company products, brand and department functions.
Assist with creating advertising content for newspapers, magazines, customer emails, direct mail postcards, flyers, posters, digital banking, brochures, signage, instructional materials, business cards and other print communications, etc.
Assist with creating content, carry out SEO & ADA tasks as needed for online display and search advertising, for social media, for MCB and MCB Trust websites, for internal platforms.
Produce small‑quantity print materials in‑house.
Prepare, format and edit documents and forms.
Generate advertising compliance checklists for all advertising mediums and secure the required second approval before release of the communications material. Requires important compliance rules knowledge.
Assist with planning setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
Maintain knowledge of the commonly used digital graphics software tools and stay abreast of enhancements.
Research new developments in the graphics field and provide input for MCB’s creative planning.
Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy and planning.
Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Organize market research. Assist with monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education And Qualifications Essential:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent education or experience
BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually.
Desirable: Experience Essential:
Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
Digital marketing experience / Website Design Skills
Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of customer service principles
Relevant computer skills such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, CMS platform, social media platforms
Desirable:
Experience in the field or related area
Bank advertising compliance knowledge
Photography and/or video skills
