Position Overview The

Content & Events Coordinator

plays a key role in executing CAPS’ marketing strategy through content creation, social media support, in‑office promotions, and event coordination. This is a fully onsite role requiring travel between CAPS locations to capture content, support events, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and execute a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team

Capture behind‑the‑scenes content including treatments, staff features, and events across CAPS locations

Create and edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite

Assist with caption writing, educational content, and promotional messaging

Repurpose existing assets into fresh, engaging content aligned with campaigns and seasonal promotions

Stay current on social media trends, platform best practices, and aesthetics industry updates

Organize and maintain CAPS’ digital asset library (photos, videos, graphics)

Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and HIPAA guidelines

Collaborate with providers and staff to highlight expertise, patient outcomes, and treatment results

Support lobby displays, promotional signage, and monthly specials

Print and prepare in‑office marketing materials for clinic use

Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including setup, on‑site support, and follow‑up

Develop event themes, coordinate logistics, and support execution

Track event performance and compile results and insights

Coordinate influencer and ambassador collaborations, ensuring deliverables are met and brand alignment is maintained

Manage donation and sponsorship fulfillment, including gift bags, certificates, and auction items

Support community outreach and brand visibility initiatives

Monitor and respond to online reviews in alignment with CAPS’ brand voice and service standards

Coordinate staff treatments aligned with promotional initiatives

Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and business needs

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, events, or a related field

Strong creative eye for content, branding, and visual storytelling

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing tools

Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and best practices

Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Self‑starter who is both creative and execution‑focused

Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented

Comfortable working onsite and traveling between locations as needed

Preferred / Bonus Skills

Photography and videography experience

Video editing for Reels, TikTok, and short‑form content

SEO or social media analytics knowledge

Familiarity with medical aesthetics, skincare, or cosmetic procedures
