Position Summary:
This position will cover the Northern CA and Northern Nevada territories. Ideally candidate may reside in Sacramento, CA or Reno, NV areas.
Responsibilities
Represents and promotes full portfolio of IV Systems, Nutrition products, and Clinical Procedure products by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.
Calls on a variety of decision makers (e.g., Pharmacists, Nurses, Physicians, Supply Chain, Hospital Administrators) to position products for presentation, evaluation, and purchase.
Prospects and qualifies territory for new leads through sales calls in person and remotely, via virtual channels.
Develops and actively maintains a pipeline of sustainable new sales opportunities sufficient to achieve or exceed sales target/quota.
Works in collaboration with regional team members to grow sales and expand market share.
Works through third parties for product promotion and delivery when required.
Maintains relationships with internal B. Braun departments, i.e., Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, Region office, ASC support.
Prepares and delivers effective presentations providing solutions to potential customers.
Prepares financial analysis, proposals, and competitive analysis for customers; presents information to committee members within a hospital.
Supports product evaluations and conversions as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
2–4 years medical sales experience required.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Frequent business travel required; valid driver's license and passport.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to sit and talk or hear regularly; use hands to handle or feel; occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000 (plus incentive compensation)
