Job Responsibilities
Student Progress – Create effective learning plans; monitor student pace of progress and reassess as necessary
Parent Communication – Send regular progress updates to parents; respond to parents’ ad‑hoc inquiries about math issues, test results, teacher feedback, etc.
Training Instructors – Onboard and certify new instructors; conduct regular observations and provide feedback to instructors; assist with instructor recruiting
Center Operations – Create weekly and daily schedules, restock prize cabinets, and do whatever else it takes to run the center well!
Qualifications
Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
Math competency through at least Algebra I
Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in education, math, or related field
Previous management or leadership experience preferred
All applicants are required to take a math literacy test (through 8th grade math) to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
