Job Description Reports to:
Superintendent
What You'll Do:
Develop and direct strategies to promote positive community and client relations across member districts and partners.
Serve as an active member of the administrative team and adviser to the Superintendent.
Monitor program compliance with accrefidations, contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and evaluate assigned personnel; cultivate leadership skills among staff.
Oversee communications and public relations efforts for the district.
Coordinate data analysis, report findings, and apply data to make informed decisions.
Support the Superintendent in responding to media inquiries and presentation requests.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders through events, committees, and strategic initiatives.
Assist with the production of multimedia presentations and advertisements as directed.
Maintain effective document and records management systems and ensure timely compliance with reporting deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Policy, Education, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience and ability to supervise staff effectively.
Familiarity with data analysis and using data to inform decision-making.
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule and adapt to irregular hours as needed.
High-performance standards (engagement, proficiency, resilience, etc.)
A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment (provided for free by MCESC!).
