About The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst with a strong background in Sales and Partner Analytics to drive data‑driven decision‐making across revenue operations. This role goes beyond reporting; you will play a key part in analyzing pipeline health, improving forecast accuracy, and identifying growth opportunities across sales and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales pipeline, funnel performance, and revenue trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
Evaluate partner/channel performance, including contribution, win rates, and deal efficiency
Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports for sales, partner, and revenue metrics
Support forecasting, quota tracking, and variance analysis
Translate business questions into actionable insights and data models
Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, conversion rates, and win rates
Identify pipeline leakage, deal slippage, and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Business stakeholders to influence decision‑making
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Business/Data Analytics, preferably in Sales or Partner domains
Strong hands‑on expertise in SQL and Excel
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasting
Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful business insights
