This customer and leadership facing role has the objective of driving incremental revenue via custom solutions/contracts leveraging TMO products and incorporate partner products when required. Collaborate with complex sales team and leadership to uncover, solution, cost and price unconventional TMO/TFB opportunities. Identify and position solution against customer desired project outcomes and ROI. Creation and development of detailed cost model by tower for non-standard opportunities. Assists in identifying gaps to fulfill solutions; vet and assess partners to fill key gaps. Negotiate complex financial deals, presents complex solutions and concepts to varying levels of leadership. Drive collaboration with teams and stakeholders to develop winning offers and proposals. Collection of all base costs, research competitive market data and apply to develop a market-based price request. Job Responsibilities
Works cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, implementation, and other teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements into action plans to build, close and launch our customers' T-Mobile 5G and Telcom solutions. Assists in deal qualification by leveraging market/industry knowledge and technology trends. Provides thought leadership and participates on early deal pursuit and account planning. Focuses on multi-year, large deals of at least $30M. Presents technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to a wide variety of business and technical audiences. Coordinates the preparation of RFPs, RFQs and other proposals to clients. Create a clear, consistent P&L customer outlook and financial projections. In-depth analysis for complex deals. Collaborate with finance to identify all key cost allocations; ideate and create financial models to streamline current manual processes and establish best practices for complex solution deal pricing. Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree business management/general (required). Master's/advanced degree (preferred). 4-7 years - CPA & telecom experience. 7-10 years - working complex deals and establishing market based pricing including: developing forecasted P&Ls by opportunity, verifying costs, collaborating on cost effective solution and defending position externally and internally. 7-10 years - experience responding to complex RFPs and developing solutions complying with terms. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proposal writing experience in proposal development for large transformative or outsourcing initiatives (required). Technical training experience in portfolio analysis, IT application/infrastructure rationalization. Expertise in conceptualizing and articulating 5G value proposition, IT vision (required). Business strategy experience with transformation strategy and business cases for achieving desired business objectives (required). Communication excellent oral and written communication skills. Confident communicator and presenter; speak with clarity and positive tone (required). Business acumen strategic thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); analytical skills (research, attention to detail); problem solving (research, active listening) (required). Project management hands on experience leading large multi-year deals projects of at least $30M (required). Consultation prior consulting experience and interactions with C-Level executives (required). Licenses and Certifications

Total target cash pay range: $161,700 - $291,600, inclusive of target incentives. Base pay range: $113,190 - $204,120. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Benefits
