Our team focuses on maximizing value and helping clients navigate every aspect of their business deals. As a part of the Deal Strategy team, you will deliver high-impact advice to Private Equity investors, specifically within the SaaS and software sectors. Your role as a Manager will involve leading teams and managing client accounts with a strategic focus, while also mentoring junior staff. Your expertise in technology strategy, DevSecOp, software architecture, and development will be crucial in driving successful outcomes during and after the deals. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advisement to Private Equity investors in the SaaS and software industries. Lead project teams and effectively manage client relationships. Focus on strategic planning and professional development of junior team members. Drive initiatives in technology strategy and DevSecOp to enhance client value. Oversee software architecture and development processes. Conduct thorough software and technology due diligence. Design and implement post-deal growth initiatives. Lead transformational initiatives to enhance scalability and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or Computer Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. Extensive experience in technology transactions and leadership roles. Documented success in operational due diligence. Strong proficiency in mergers, integrations, and divestitures. Experience in strategic planning and business reviews. Ability to build and sustain strategic client relationships. Competence in managing complex projects and acting as a trusted advisor. Experience in coaching and guiding team members. Aptitude for synthesizing issues to support leadership decision-making. The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. All hired individuals are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and can take advantage of a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and personal leave.
