We are looking for an energetic, hungry, and entrepreneurial-spirited individual who has the drive to succeed and is looking for a supportive company to expand their career. We provide all the tools and training for you to start your sales and recruiting career!
What you’ll be doing:
Creating lists of target companies to recruit from for each specific job order
Sourcing qualified resumes/profiles of candidates for specific job orders
Conducting intensive keyword searches using Boolean search methods as well as keyword searches on LinkedIn
Assisting with lead generation
Scheduling and coordinating phone and face-to-face interviews for managing partners and clients
Who You Are:
2-5 years of client relations, customer service/inside sales related experience within a corporate and professional setting
Strong research skills & the ability to learn extremely quickly
Natural curiosity/desire to learn
