You will play a vital role in shaping the future of Imaging and Cardiac services at Wilson Health, including our mobile mammography program.

The Opportunity The Director of Imaging and Cardiac Services is responsible for the strategic, operational, and clinical leadership of their service lines across the organization.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and plays a key role in organizational strategy and service line development.

Lead & Grow the Service Line

Develop and execute strategies to grow Imaging and Cardiac services

Expand outreach initiatives including mobile mammography

Identify opportunities for service line expansion and partnerships

Build Relationships

Partner with physicians and community organizations

Serve as an ambassador for Imaging and Cardiac services

Collaborate across departments to improve care

Operational & Clinical Leadership

Oversee daily operations across Imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.) and Cardiovascular services (Level II Cath Lab, Rehab, and Vascular Services)

Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care

Lead staffing, scheduling, and team development

Drive Performance

Manage budget, productivity, and financial performance

Improve efficiency, access, and patient experienceUse data to drive decisions

Ensure Compliance & Quality

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Oversee equipment and quality programs

Promote safety and accountability

Leadership and Cultural Expectations

Lead with a servant leadership mindset, focused on supporting, developing, and empowering their team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

3+ years leadership experience in Imaging required

Cardiac experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of Imaging operations and regulations

Experience in growth or outreach preferred
