GENERAL DESCRIPTION Work as a hands‑on Foreman in the planning, repair, and modification of the precast concrete structures; work with wood, metal, and concrete materials using a variety of hand and power tools. Must be able to dictate the pace and oversee the day‑to‑day work of the laborers. Must have the ability to work with the contractor, Wells team and the crew to maximize production each day. Report to the Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Field Supervisors to ensure project progresses in a safe and efficient manner
Complete general construction labor tasks necessary repair or match the finishes of concrete
Uses materials and supplies, and handle equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to use sandblaster, pressure washer and other tools to match the finishes of the precast
Ability to patch, blend and repair various finishes of Architectural and typical precast
Skilled in interpreting engineered repair plans and executing tasks such as reinforcement installation and epoxy injection to address structural and cosmetic conditions
Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from jobsite
Track and stock tools, and materials in crew truckRead and interpret blueprints, brace plans and piece tickets and communicate the work plan to the crew each day
Evaluate equipment needed for access for the project and develop a plan to execute the work
Direct and lead laborers on various tasks daily
Complete paperwork as needed for jobsite documentation
Ensure crew is compliant with and follows company safety procedures and policies
Complete special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED
2 + years of precast installation experience
OSHA 30 Preferred
General knowledge of precast construction practices; must be a competent person
Ability to work from heights (ladders, flatbed trailers, aerial equipment) safely
Certified welder preferred
Ability to operate a total station, transit, and level
Must be willing to travel and work in all types of weather conditions
Ability to work with others and always maintain professional conduct
Must be motivated and self-driven to complete a task
Knowledge of products the company uses, and which products would work best
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally
Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently
Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day
Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently
WORKING CONDITIONS
Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements
Moderate to high risk of safety precautions
Moderate to high exposure to production environment
Wet, hot, humid, and wintry conditions (weather related)
Ability to work outside year‑round
