Job Description
Ensures the safety and efficiency of poultry farm operations
Prioritizes tasks and decides on the necessary amount of machinery and number of workers
Records data and creates reports on worker attendance, budget, supplies and animal growth
Assigns duties to farm workers and ensures that they are carried out in an efficient manner
Oversee the machinery that performs certain tasks, such as egg collection
Train new workers, provide care to injured or ill livestock and enforce workplace sanitation practices to prevent the spread of disease
Job Qualifications
Previous experience in a farm setting is required
Bachelor's degree with some study in business is preferred
A high school diploma is strongly required
Good communication skills
Great at interpersonal skill
Sound work ethic and able to supervise team
Ability to work in any environment
Ability to solve problem if any
