Job Description Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Help Desk Analyst for our client based out of Greensboro, NC. This assignment is anticipated to be a 6‑month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first‑shift Monday–Friday schedule. This role is 100% onsite. Candidates must be local to the Greensboro, NC area or willing to relocate prior to or immediately upon offer acceptance. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Role Overview This position involves performing analytical, technical, and administrative work to support local and remote end-users, as well as production lines. The role utilizes global processes and tools to deliver results. The primary goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues through customer service, a willingness to work overtime, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and administrative support to end-users.

Troubleshoot complex technical problems with strong analytical ability.

Support local, remote, and production line environments.

Utilize global processes and tools to resolve issues.

Maintain a high level of end-user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical ability for troubleshooting complex problems.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments.

Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles.

A desire to learn and be part of a team.
