What You’ll Be Doing
Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations, including:
Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
Indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories
Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed
Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems
Test completed systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a
Residential HVAC Installer
Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and system components
Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation
Valid driver’s license
(must be at least 21 per company policy)
