Go-To-Market Performance Manager

Job Description Momentive Software is seeking an experienced, self-directed enablement professional to help design, deliver, and continuously evolve a comprehensive Go‑To‑Market Enablement strategy. This role is responsible for enabling revenue-facing teams through sales, technical, and operational readiness, ensuring teams are confident in product knowledge, systems, processes, and customer conversations. This role partners cross-functionally with other teams such as Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure enablement programs drive measurable outcomes.

A Day in the Life

Design and maintain a unified enablement framework spanning sales enablement, technical enablement, and operational readiness

Collaborate with Subject‑Matter Experts to develop the content needed to execute programs

Collaborate with the greater GTMP team to assist with learning programs supporting events such as GTM Kickoff, QBRs, and other customer‑facing programs

Cultivate an evaluation program to measure the effectiveness of the implemented programs

Construct e‑learning courses that are instructionally sound for on‑demand consumption

Review and update job aids to assist new and existing team members to be more productive

Assist with manager development within the organization

Promote effective coaching techniques aligned with the organization’s adopted strategy

Write and present empowerment recommendations for consumption by sales and marketing leadership

Other job duties as assigned by manager

We are looking for someone who brings

A Bachelor of Arts or Science from an accredited university or college

Two or more years of selling experience

A proven facilitator and content writer

A strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory

A proficient understanding of eLearning development principles, preferred

Experience in a high‑tech business environment, preferred

Desired Skills and Experience:

BS/BA in Business, Education, or related field

Sales experience preferred, but not required

1-2 years of experience desired, preferably in sales, marketing or adult education

Proficient in basic business systems (Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Experience with SalesLoft, Salesforce, and 6 Sense a strong plus
