Senior Director, Training Program Management - JLL What this job involves As Senior Director of Training Program Management at JLL, you will lead the strategic design, development, and delivery of industry wide learning initiatives that strengthen our global Life Sciences workforce. In this leadership role, you'll architect and deliver comprehensive training programs that empower employees across all levels and functions to expand their capabilities. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders and HR partners to identify skill gaps, align learning strategies with business objectives, and create scalable solutions. You'll oversee a team of training associates and establish performance metrics to measure training effectiveness. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance vision with management to deliver operational excellence ensuring our training programs reflect our commitment to clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Partner with business leaders to assess organizational learning needs and translate business strategies into actionable training roadmaps

Lead the end-to-end design and execution of global training programs spanning leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and professional competencies

Build and mentor a high-performing team

Manage training budgets and resource allocation to optimize program delivery and cost efficiency

Drive innovation in learning methodologies by integrating blended learning approaches

Champion change management initiatives that support adoption of new training programs and reinforce our culture of global collaboration

Ensure all training content meets quality standards

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field

10+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing enterprise-wide training programs

Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale training initiatives across matrixed organizations

Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based training frameworks

Strong business acumen with ability to align learning strategies to organizational goals and demonstrate measurable business impact

Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including remote and geographically dispersed direct reports

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and partner effectively with executives and cross-functional leaders

Demonstrated expertise operating within a GxP environment, including comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, documentation protocols, quality assurance procedures, and compliance standards as mandated by FDA, EMA, or other applicable regulatory authorities

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in related field

Professional certifications such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development), SHRM-SCP, or equivalent learning and development credentials

Experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or related industries

Familiarity with Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or similar enterprise LMS platforms

Knowledge of emerging learning technologies

Track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives

Experience developing succession planning programs

Location and travel Remote + up to 10% travel

Estimated compensation for this position 128,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
