Overview The Marketing Execution Analyst will work on‑site at a Fortune 100 financial services client within the U.S. Consumer Marketing Enablement Team (MET). This team delivers high‑impact, omni‑channel marketing campaigns in support of broader U.S. Consumer business goals to scale acquisition, increase customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.

In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end marketing campaign execution—translating marketing strategies into actionable launch plans while coordinating with cross‑functional partners to ensure timely, compliant, and high‑quality delivery. You will also drive process improvements that enhance speed to market, efficiency, and execution quality.

This position offers exposure to enterprise‑scale marketing operations and the opportunity to develop specialized skills in campaign execution, project management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaign execution, including offer build, creative review and approval, channel setup, pre‑launch testing, and post‑launch validation.

Translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans, milestones, and timelines.

Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously to ensure on‑time deployment.

Collaborate with cross‑functional internal and external partners, including marketing, legal, compliance, creative, and technology teams.

Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may impact campaign launch dates or quality.

Manage periodic, compliance‑mandated updates across marketing assets.

Ensure campaigns meet quality, compliance, and performance standards before and after launch.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies within marketing execution workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

1‑3 years of professional experience, preferably in a large corporate or enterprise environment.

Strong interest in joining a fast‑paced, high‑visibility, results‑driven team.

Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment with competing priorities.

Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight timelines.

Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive business results.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required; advanced Excel skills a plus).

Understanding of marketing channels and/or marketing execution processes is a plus.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
