Overview
The Marketing Execution Analyst will work on-site at a Fortune 100 financial services client in Manhattan as part of the U.S. Consumer Marketing Enablement Team (MET). The team delivers high‑impact, omni‑channel marketing campaigns that support broader U.S. Consumer business objectives. This role manages end‑to‑end campaign execution, translating strategies into actionable launch plans while coordinating with cross‑functional partners to ensure timely, compliant, and high‑quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaign execution, including offer build, creative review and approval, channel setup, pre‑launch testing, and post‑launch validation.
Translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans, milestones, and timelines.
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously to ensure on‑time deployment.
Collaborate with cross‑functional internal and external partners, including marketing, legal, compliance, creative, and technology teams.
Identify, elevate, and resolve issues that may impact campaign launch dates or quality.
Manage periodic, compliance‑mandated updates across marketing assets.
Ensure campaigns meet quality, compliance, and performance standards before and after launch.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and create efficiencies within marketing execution workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in a large corporate or enterprise environment.
Strong interest in joining a fast‑paced, high‑visibility, results‑driven team.
Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment with competing priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tight timelines.
Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive business results.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills a plus.
Understanding of marketing channels and/or marketing execution processes is a plus.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of New York, NY (hybrid/on‑site).
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $30.00–$31.00/hr.
