here . Questions:

All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Miguel Fernandez, Contract Negotiator, Public Building Commission, 50 West Washington, Room 200, Chicago, IL 60602. Questions may also be faxed to Mr. Fernandez at 312/744-3572. All RFQs must be submitted on documents provided by the PBC. RFQs received after the announced date and time for submission will not be accepted. Incomplete submittals will not be considered. The PBC reserves the right to reject any or all responses to the RFQ Future Pre-Submittal Meetings:
